HOP ON HOP OFF
Please note that the HOP ON HOP OFF tickets are valid for 24 hours from the time of validation.
The voucher is valid 1 year from the date of issue.
A HOP ON HOP OFF tour can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Thereafter, we reserve the right to charge fee as follows:
- Up to 12 hours before tour departure: 25% cancellation fee,
- Up to 2 hours before tour departure: 50% cancellation fee,
- Tour already started: 100% cancellation fee
Delays possible due to heavy traffic. No refund for traffic-related delays or cancellations. No refunds will be given once the ticket have been purchased, or for any ticket that has been lost or stolen.
Short-term changes are possible, due to strikes, demonstrations or other circumstances that are beyond our control. The changes can affect the timetable and the route. If this happens our staff will inform you as soon as possible.
Children aged 6-16 pay the children's price.
Infants aged 0-5 years sitting on their parent's lap travel free of charge.
On our HOP ON HOP OFF buses there is a special children's channel available in English and German.
Please note that animals are not allowed on the HOP ON HOP OFF buses. Dogs with a muzzle and leash can be carried for a surcharge of € 5,00 in combination with a 24 or 48 hour ticket. Exceptions are guide dogs. We ask for your understanding that for safety reasons only one dog per bus is allowed.
We are very happy to give you a discount for groups of 10 or more persons. This discount may not be combined with any other offers (e.g. online discount). Apply for your discount to office(at)viennasightseeing.at.

For items you have forgotten on the HOP ON HOP OFF bus, please contact us at: oper(at)viennasightseeing.at or call +43 (0)664-88 78 63 15. If it is possible, we will gladly deliver the found item(s) to a place agreeable to you.
There is no minimum of participants on HOP ON HOP OFF.
If you make a booking at our website, you will receive your online voucher by e-mail. Please show this online voucher printed or on your phone to our staff when boarding the bus. You will receive your ticket in return. Each time you get on the bus, please show your ticket to our staff.
Payment can be made online at our website www.viennasightseeing.at by credit card. Your data will be encrypted and not accessible to others. We accept following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Our prices are in Euro and include 10% VAT.
If you have a promotion code, simply put the desired sightseeing product in the shopping cart. Then on the checkout page, enter the code in the field promotional code and automatically the price will be reduced.
A particular seat can not be reserved. When boarding the HOP ON HOP OFF line it is only possible to occupy the vacant seats.
The majority of our HOP ON HOP OFF buses are already wheelchair-accessible and we are constantly upgrading further vehicles.
All HOP ON HOP OFF buses have free WIFI on board.
Tours
Our tours are not accessible.
A tour booked on www.viennasightseeing.at can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts (exception: Bratislava -> 72 hours). Thereafter, we reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation.
Delays possible due to heavy traffic. No refund for traffic-related delays.
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to take along dogs or other animals. However, guide dogs (for the blind) are permitted.
We are very happy to give you a discount for groups of 10 or more persons. This discount may not be combined with any other offers (e.g. online discount). According to availability for groups seat reservations are possible. Please contact office(at)viennasightseeing.at.

For certain tours our pick-up service is available from selected hotels all over Vienna.
Depending on the location of the hotel, the pick-up service will be between 30–75 minutes before the tour departure time. Please enquire at your hotel reception desk regarding the pick-up time and the possibility of a pick-up.
Please note: pick-ups can only be guaranteed if you book 24-hours in advance.

If an unused Flexi PASS is lost, VPG Vienna Pass GmbH must be notified immediately. We strongly recommend making the notification in writing to have proof of notification. After receiving proof of identity, the lost pass will be blocked to prevent misuse. A replacement pass will be issued to the pass holder against payment of a processing fee of €10.50. Every pass holder must store their Flexi PASS in such a way that it cannot be accessed by third parties. If the pass holder forgets the pass, no admission will be granted and no reimbursement will be made.
On regular tours a minimum of 10 participants is required
If you make a booking at our website, you will receive your online voucher by e-mail. On your voucher you will find the information, whether you need to print your ticket or whether you can show it on your mobile upon departure.

A particular seat can not be reserved. When booking one of our tours, you receive access to the tour bus.
We reserve the right to make changes to the tours on short notice where this is necessary or expedient due to circumstances beyond our control (such as road closures because of events or demonstrations or weather conditions). Such changes may affect the selected schedule but also the route. If this happens, our staff will inform you as soon as possible.
