Vienna Ball Season 2024

Once again, it's "All waltz!" all over Vienna, as the current ball season has already begun. Glamorous ball nights have a long tradition in Austria and have become an integral part of Austrian culture. Every year, over 400 magnificent balls attract visitors from all over the world.

However, the highlight of the ball season is definitely the Vienna Opera Ball, which is held annually at the Vienna State Opera.

On January 18, 2024, the Vienna Philharmonic Ball will take place in the halls of the Musikverein building in the 1st district. In addition to musical entertainment throughout the building, the stylish ambience also ensures an exciting evening of dancing.

For the 65th time, the Vienna Kaffeesiederball takes place in the Hofburg. The highlight of the opening is George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue".

Probably the most unusual ball of the Viennese ball season is the Rainbow Ball. The ball for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender people, intersex people and heterosexuals is taking place for the 26th time at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
